Beans in Greek

Ingredients
500 g white beans
4-5 mint leaves
1 bunch parsley
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 carrots
80 ml olive oil
salt, pepper, 2 bay leaves
Method
Beans was washed and swelled with salted water for 8-10 hours. Then steeping liquor is discharged and put to boil in 1.5 liters of water with bay leaves. Onions, tomatoes, carrots and mint leaves finely. After boiling the beans is about 1 hour, add olive oil, carrots, onions and tomatoes and let it cook slowly for 2 hours. Half an hour before end of cooking add mint leaves, black pepper, salt and chopped parsley.

And without roux is delicious. Home also do so, but without black pepper and bay leaf and mint or celery leaves.
