Ingredients
2 cups beans
500 g smoked ribs
2-3 onions
1 head of garlic
1 stalk leek
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp mint
salt
1 tsp paprika

Method
The pre-soaked for a night beans pour cold water and boil for 5-6 minutes. Water is poured, pour hot water, add the smoked ribs and again boil until soft. The ribs are removed, the meat is separated and returned to the beans. In sunflower oil fry the chopped onion, garlic and leeks. Add the flour, paprika and mint and pour in the beans. Everything is placed in a tray and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
