Beefsteak

Ingredients
800 g of beef or veal
salt
pepper
flour
frying fat
aged 4 slices white bread without crust
8 tbsp broth
90 g butter
Method
The meat is wrapped in linen and be hammered. Cleaned of tendons and cut into thick steaks that salting, scatter with pepper and fry on both sides until the top start out red droplets. In the butter fried sofas moistened with broth bread. On the couch placed steak and pour the strained fat frying, to which can be added 2-3 tbsp broth.
