Ingredients
200 g leek (white part)
2 eggs
250 ml milk
2 tbsp cream
10 g cornmeal
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
1/2 tsp thyme
salt pepper

Method
Leek cut into rings and fry on low heat for a few minutes. Heat the oven to 180 C. In a bowl mix eggs, cream, the cornmeal, milk and thyme. Salt and put pepper. Added to the mixture already fried and drained leeks and Parmesan. The mixture is well mixed and distributed in forms for muffins. Baked in an oven 20-25 minutes. Served both warm and cold.

Manny, thank you. Leeks slightly sladnee as fry and are very tasty. I've done something similar only in the pan, because I do not have forms for muffins
