Breaded chicken oven

1 chicken
1 egg white
50 g breadcrumbs
25 g grated cheese
2 tbsp flour tsalevichno
pepper, salt
olive oil

The oven is heated to 180 C. Grease the post with cooking paper and spray with olive oil. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper and the cornmeal. In a small bowl mix egg whites with the salt. Chicken cut into portions and each portion is dipped in the egg white, then breading. Place the chicken in the pan and spray again with olive oil. Bake, without turning, 35 minutes.
