Broth soup with duck giblets and mushrooms

Ingredients
1.2 liters broth with duck trivia
30 g of dried mushrooms
tomatoes 2
2 cloves garlic
100 g cream
Method
Dried mushrooms are soaked in cold water, after quarter of an hour straining, add the crushed garlic, chopped tomatoes and broth and boil Court sandwiching a very low heat for about 1 hour, until the mushrooms soften. The soup is strained, add cream and serve.
