Ingredients
about 1 kg of flour
1 cube of fresh yeast (40 g)
1 egg
200-250 m warm milk
200-250 ml hot water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
200-300 g feta cheese
sunflower oil, butter or olive oil

Method
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Allow to stand until the surface of the foam. Add salt, milk, egg, vinegar and 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil (or olive oil). Flour is added by little and knead a soft dough. Leave to rise in advance an oily and floured court, while increasing the size of 5-6 times. With greased hands form small balls that line in a greased tray. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and leave to rise again. Fry them 1-2 tbsp flour (optional breadcrumbs) and a pinch of salt in a hot sunflower oil or butter. While hot, pour leavened buns and put in preheated oven 180-200 C. Bake until lightly browned. Once roasted, are coated with butter and cover with a damp cloth. * Serve hot with kefir or other napita optional.

recipe is great! Today made it and get better than I expected. I was *allowed* to put cheese in the dough.
Hello :) Cathy Bach forgotten this recipe, but these di decided to try whether I will get ... Like you put cheese in the dough, but borrowed from buns Dora sprinkling of breadcrumbs baking pan. Were wonderful, the whole floor and eat again ordered me to do :)
