2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 tbsp yogurt
250 g flour
salt
1 yolk spreads
coarse sugar for sprinkling

Method
Involved soft dough beaten with sugar eggs, yoghurt with dissolved into it soda and flour with a little salt. Formed into balls. They are drained hands round sticks of length 25 cm and a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Wound on rings, arranged in a buttered pan, greased the top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake pinking.
