Ingredients
350 g of dried apricots
1/2 tsp baking soda
30 g coconut
100 g oatmeal
200 g flour
170 g butter
250 g brown sugar
50 g peeled almonds

Method
Apricots are flooded with about 250 ml water. Add 50 g of sugar. Boil and leave on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Then pureed. Almonds cut in large pieces and baked until golden in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. The flour is mixed with the remaining sugar, baking soda and oats and mix. Pour pre-melted butter and mix again. 1/3 of the dough is spread on a baking tray. Top distributed apricot puree. remaining dough mixed with almonds and coconut and put on top by leveling well. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. Cooled and cut into pieces.
