Ingredients
200 g of honey
1 cup water
200 g walnuts
250 g sugar
200 g jam
500-600 g flour
1 cup strong coffee
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cocoa
powdered sugar for sprinkling
sugar syrup or juice to syrup compote
Method
Honey and sugar are placed in water and stirred the fire until melted. Once removed from the fire and poizstinat, add to it chopped walnuts, coffee, cocoa, cloves and flour with baking soda. Pour dough in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderate oven. As cool, cut in two and slightly syrupy. The first layer is smeared with jam and top with a second. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
