Ingredients
100 g cream
400 g unsalted cottage cheese
2 tbsp caster sugar
8 halves of apricot compote
pinch of cinnamon
Method
The cottage cheese mix with cream and sugar and distributed in plates, the surface is smoothed well. In the middle of each plate put two halves apricots facing the inside of down and scatter cinnamon.
