4 makes peppers
2 chicken fillets
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp flour
egg 1
2 tbsp sesame seeds
sunflower oil for frying
# For marinade of peppers:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
savory, salt

Peppers are cleared from seed, washed and left to drain. Of chicken meat is cut taper spindles, which should be slightly smaller than the pods.
