Caramelised rice

Ingredients
100 g rice
500 ml milk
1 vanilla powder
100 g cream
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 lemon
60 g candied fruits
salt
Method
Sweep rice is poured into the boiling milk, add 4 tbsp sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt, vazvaryava and bake until soft under a blanket in low oven. Add cream, lemon juice and chopped candied fruit mixture is moved to form and mix well. Rice is dusted with sugar and bake on grill about 2 minutes. If there is no grill, made separately caramelized sugar and rice bay. Rice is served well chilled.
