Carp in beer sauce

Ingredients
carp 1
2 onions
1 carrot
750 ml dark beer
1 cloves
1 bay leaf
20 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 lemon
salt
2 tbsp vinegar
sugar
Method
Carp is washed and cleaned of scales. Cut into washers, add salt and set aside. Onions and carrots are peeled and sliced. Grate the lemon peel is. Chopped vegetables mixed with grated lemon rind and place the bottom of the pan. On them put the pieces of carp, add cloves and bay leaf, and 3/4 of beer. Container, cover and leave on low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the flour in the butter and add the rest of the beer. Acetic and poured into carp.
