Carp poster with minced meat

Ingredients
1 carp (1.5 - 2 kg)
150 g minced meat
100 g walnuts
500 g tomatoes
500 g onions
1 carrot
50-60 ml sunflower oil
salt
savory
2-3 bay leaves
a few peppercorns
150 ml white wine

Method
Crisp add salt and cleaned carp put into it. Kneaded with less savory mince and pepper and fry. Then the carp filled with it and sutured. Pour the wine and fish bake in a preheated moderate oven for 15-20 minutes. During this time in a deep pan fry the chopped onion, carrot, walnuts and onions get a golden color, add chopped tomatoes. Then add the bay leaf, some peppercorns and salt. Allow the fire, boil off water until almost tomatoes. In fish tray to pour the mixture over the fish, a few slices of tomato and lemon and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes. In all such recipes carp cook the mixture, so the fish becomes like cooked . For this first bake only carp and then the mixture was added, and Vince makes an incredible taste.

When making a poster put celery, 2-3 grains allspice and coriander. Do not Fry tomatoes, just put them cut into rings on the fish.
