Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
50 ml light soy sauce
3 eggs
salt
Method
Cauliflower cut into florets and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes. Boil the eggs - hard boiled. Cut into pieces and mixed with soy sauce. Serve cauliflower sauce separately. Optional can flood cauliflower. The original version is any piece melts into the sauce before serving.
