Cheesecake with biscotti

Ingredients
# For the base:
300 g biscuits
1/3 cup milk (it can dissolve a little Nescafe)
240 g butter
100 g nuts (almonds)
4 tbsp cognac (whiskey)
# For the cream:
500 g cottage cheese
2-3 tbsp yogurt (may fresh)
250 g cream cheese
1 vanilla
100 g melted white chocolate with 2 tbsp milk
sweet - for top coating

Method
Biscuits are crushed, mixed with milk and melted butter. To the resulting mixture was added ground almonds (hazelnuts) and alcohol. Spread the dough into shape. Bake 6-8 minutes at 180 C. The products of the cream mix and stir well. Cream is applied on bishkoteniya base. Smoothed and allowed to set hard in the cold for about 1 hour. Cake covered with blueberry jam (raspberry). Decorate optional.
