Chicken breast with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g chicken breasts or legs
soy sauce
1 zucchini
2 carrots
2 peppers
5 scallions optional
5 sprigs fresh garlic optional
100 g mushrooms
quarter small cabbage
sunflower oil
pepper

Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry gently in sunflower oil, sprinkled with soy sauce (become brown) and doparzhvat to turn aside soy sauce. Remove them and at the same sunflower oil put chopped carrot sticks, cut into squares peppers, cut into sticks zucchini, chopped onion and garlic, and shredded cabbage. Mix everything, pour with soy sauce and stir again. Fry for 5 minutes and removing it from the fire. Serve chicken nuggets with a side dish of vegetables.

This recipe tolerate many improvisations. Can be added a variety of vegetables, depending on the season and with what have now. I have rules and boiled meat and fried. Either way is delicious. You can add other vegetables, as pictured - cauliflower, peas, corn and so on.. And if you do not suffocate long time are very nice crunch.
