Chicken with bulgur, tomatoes and peppers

1 chicken - 800 g
1 cup bulgur
2 onions
4-5 peppers
2-3 tomatoes
100 ml sunflower oil

Chicken cut into portions and boiled in salted water. In the heated sunflower oil a little stew chopped onion. Add chopped peppers and after tender, peeled and chopped tomatoes. By poizpari liquid almost half, added the bulgur and 2 cups of chicken broth (or according to the directions on the package) and tries salt. Dish simmer. When the bulgur is almost ready, add portions chicken and simmer for ten minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from heat. The dish can be browned in the oven and then becomes even more tasty. In winter it can be used canned tomatoes and peppers.

I loved the recipe for our taste is everything with bulgur is mnnogo delicious! Recipe passes in the first line!

In fact, now in these heats, in like lean - only bulgur with tomatoes and peppers. I just had boiled chicken and combined. I also like bulgur and has a lot do with it.
