Chicken with cream and vegetables

Ingredients
400 g of cream for cooking
400 g blanched vegetables (peas, carrots and corn)
800 g chicken fillet
125 g butter
salt

Method
Chicken fillet cut into cubes and Boil in salted water. In a deep skillet melt the butter in it and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes. Add drained diced chicken and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and the dish and sprinkle with salt. Allow the stove another 3-4 minutes and remove.

Chicken fillet cut into slices and zaparzhih. I added to the vegetables fresh cabbage and some leek. I poured the cream with just chicken. I just wanted everything to be more crisp. It was very good.
