Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1 onion
2 peppers
3 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g butter
2 pickles
3 tomatoes
salt
pepper
Method
Livers cleaned , washed and fry in the butter with salt and pepper. By pozaparzhat add chopped onions, peppers and cucumbers, and they fry. Finally add the grated tomatoes and doparzhva while the fat remains.
