Chicken with olives and walnuts

Ingredients
600 g chicken fillet
salt, paprika
# For the filling:
10-12 black olives
3 tbsp feta cheese Parmesan
3 tbsp ground walnuts
# TOPPING:
300 ml cooking cream
100 g yogurt
50 g mayonnaise
# For sprinkling:
50 g cheese
2 tbsp ground walnuts
50 g butter

Method
Chicken fillet thins with a knife and lightly hammered with a wooden mallet. Taste. Mix olives, parmesan and the walnuts. Fillet spread in pan (may be in pieces but not overlap) is distributed filling. Wound on a roll and secured with pegs. Pour a broken sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts, grated cheese and bits of butter. Bake 25-30 minutes at 200 C. Serve sliced ​​and sprinkled with sauce from baking.
