Chicken with rice and vegetables

Ingredients
1 chicken
100 g peas
100 g tomatoes
100 g carrots
1 and 1/2 cup Rice
celery
1 onion
pepper
salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
Chicken is cleaned, washed and cut into portions. Prepare a broth of carrots, peas, celery and salt. Chopped chicken lightly boiled in broth. Chop finely and stew in the vegetable oil. The rice is cleaned, rinsed with cold water and added to the onions. The mixture was stirred for a few minutes. Grate in large pieces grater tomatoes. The rice is cooked add the tomatoes and peas. So blended mixture stew for 2-3 minutes, add salt and add pepper. With rice mixture is poured into a baking dish, pour in the broth of chicken in a ratio of 1: 2.5. In tray and place the chopped chicken portions. Bake in the oven at 200-250 C, until the rice absorb the broth. Serve warm.
