Chicken roll with vegetables and cheese

1 chicken steak butterfly
200 g frozen vegetable mix
10 olives pitted
2 green peppers
100 g cheese
50 g processed cheese
soy sauce
lemon juice
plant fat
50 ml beer

Chicken steak is hammered carefully to not break. Rub with soy sauce and lemon juice. Over it carefully arrange the vegetable mix, shredded cheese, processed cheese, olives and peppers, cleaned and cut into long. Carefully roll up roll as tight wrap of thread and tie. A tight pack. Sprinkle all sides with flour and put to bake in a greased baking dish, add 1 cup water and some beer. Bake in a moderate oven, such as watering with a spoon the sauce on top to catch a nice crust.
