Ingredients
1 chicken leg
1 zucchini
2 carrots
salt
1 beef bouillon cube
pinch celery
vermicelli
yogurt and parsley optional
Method
Chicken leg is boned and cooked, add chopped diced carrots, peeled and sliced zucchini. Season with salt and beef bouillon. Boil until tender zucchini. Noodles and celery add five minutes before you remove the soup from the heat. Optional can add a spoonful of yogurt and a pinch of chopped parsley to serve while.
