Chocolate cake with cream cheese and jelly apples

# For the base:
200 g butter
200 g of dark chocolate
4 eggs
200 g sugar
50 g flour
50 g ground walnuts
# For the glaze:
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
200 g sour cream
powdered sugar
a few drops of rum essence
1 apple
1 packet gelatin (7 g)

We make baking tin with pendulum bottom as she smeared with butter and cover with baking paper. -Heat the oven to 160 C with blowing. Stir the feta cheese Mascarpone, sour cream, add powdered sugar to taste and a little rum extract for flavor. Soak gelatine in 100-something ml cold water to swell. Then warm it up on the stove, stirring constantly, to become transparent, without boiling. Cut the apples into thin slices. distribute the cream on the base with a spatula. Arrange apples as we wish and coated them with gelatin using a brush. Leave to harden in the fridge.
