Colorful surprises

1 chicken
50 ml sunflower oil
100 g cream
6 boiled yolks
3 carrots
4 pickles
100 g boiled corn
salt, pepper
50 ml wine
10 g gelatin
lemon juice
boiled chicken livers
Boil chicken and debone. Take the skin and meat, grind with a meat grinder. To the chicken mince, add the cream, the oil, wine and powdered cooked yolks. Stir the mixture with a mixer. Add to the mix the diced pickles and boiled corn grains. You can use boiled or pickled carrots. Cut them into cubes and add them as well. Mix very well. In broth of chicken pour salt, pepper and lemon juice. Dissolve the gelatin and allow to thicken slightly. Prepare bowls. In each place less than gelled broth. Top with chicken mixture of minced meat and broth again. Bowls put in the refrigerator until completely set. Then remove each bowl and soak for a while in hot water. Turn on serving dishes. On each serving place one cooked chicken drobche.
