Country onion dish

Ingredients
10 onions
2 carrots
2 cup yogurt
60 g butter
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp chutney
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame
2-3 cloves pressed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Method
Finely chop crescents, carrots into cubes and sauté in butter with salt and 1 cup water on low heat. Leave to cool. During this time, stir the yogurt with the mustard, chutney, lemon juice, pressed garlic, pepper and salt. Add onion and confused. Pour into a dish and sprinkle with parsley and sesame. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.
