Cream soup with rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Rice
200 ml milk
3 yolks
3 tbsp butter
10 cup meat broth
parsley, pepper, salt
sunflower oil
lemon
Method
The clean rice paste it to the broth to boil, stirring it well. Separate the yolks from the eggs and beating them with a mixer, add the warm milk, pepper, salt and finally the butter. The resulting soup thickener Pour into cooked rice and stir continuously. Serve the soup with lemon.
