Creamy roll

5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 vanilla
# For the cream:
500 g pastry cream
strawberries, fresh strawberries or compote
chocolate spread
100 g sugar and hazelnuts optional
50 g grated chocolate or chocolate bars

Beat 5 eggs with sugar until increase volume at least 3 times, or detect when we start to Beat with a mixer 5 minutes. Then add the flour with vanilla, stirring with a stirrer gradually. If you can add cocoa to make it a mixture of brown and chocolate. Once the mixture is ready transfer it in the tray, in which we put cooking paper. Bake in pre-heated oven at 170-180 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Before removing roll prepare a damp cloth on which to put it. When it out of the oven with paper towel and roll it up. So should stand 20 minutes, then remove paper coated with the base shattered cream. If using strawberries compote can soak them in a little rum in advance, so the roll will have less flavor and smell of rum. After the cream and strawberries we turn the reel. Top can decorate to your taste - can caramelize the sugar and nuts to lean on kitchen paper and then crushed (grilyazh) grilyazha can put the side and top to grate chocolate.
