Crispy sweet hazelnut

Ingredients
2 egg whites
70 g sugar
75 g ground hazelnuts
85 g oatmeal
1-2 drops almond esnetsiya
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 g whole hazelnuts
Method
Whip of thick snow, gradually add the sugar. Subsequently, vanilla, cinnamon, ground hazelnuts, oats and almond essence. Mix everything carefully. The dough is taken at least with the help of two teaspoons, which occasionally are immersed in warm water, and placed in piles well oiled or littered with paper baking tray. In the center of each pile is placed on a whole hazelnut kernel. The cookies are baked 20 minutes in a preheated 150 C oven. Serve after cool.
