Cutlets of chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 white meat chicken
5-6 large mushrooms
1 onion
3 eggs
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 ml sunflower oil
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
In salted water boil white meat and mushrooms. Cut into very small pieces. Add the beaten egg yolks, chopped onion and parsley, add salt to taste and taste with pepper. Egg whites slightly broken (no snow). The mixture formed meatballs, dip in beaten whites, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown in a hot sunflower oil.
