Ingredients
100 g of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
400 ml milk
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp sugar
vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method
Milk and cream to the boil. Chocolate is broken into small pieces and put into removing from heat milk mixture to melt. Add vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. Again, put on a small fire, and the mixture was stirred foam. Serve immediately.
