Dessert with cottage cheese

500 g cottage cheese
300 g sugar
6 eggs
rind of 1 lemon
Eggs and sugar well. Add the cottage cheese and grated lemon rind. Again, stirring well with a mixer to make it smooth. Pour into a baking dish or cake form and bake 30-40 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven. Once cool, cut the cake into pieces and can be garnished with whipped cream roses or topping optional.
