Diet soup

Ingredients
4-5 carrots
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp semolina
1 cup low fat milk
desalinated cheese
Method
Carrots cut into cubes and sauté in the butter and a little water until soft. Pour 4-5 cups hot water and add salt. When it boils, add semolina. Before you remove from heat, add the milk. Serve with grated feta cheese.
