2 fish mackerel
350 ml tomato sauce (ketchup may or paste diluted with a little water)
cooked beans or peas
parsley, lovage, mint, pepper, cumin
olive oil or sunflower oil

Fish are cleaned, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thinly sliced onions (of polukragcheta) and carrot (circles) fry lightly, add the pieces of fish fry is 1-2 minutes on both sides, pour in tomato sauce and spices, add beans or peas. Cover and leave to simmer on low heat 25-30 minutes.
