Dobrudjanska kavarma with cream

Ingredients
250 g cream
100 ml milk
250 g prepared filo pastry sheets
5 eggs
50 g butter
75 g sugar
100 g cheese
Method
Collect the cream of everyday home cooking cow's milk and store it in the freezer. Greased and sprinkle with flour the pan. Each sheet is folded concertina and ranks next to each other in the tray. So filled tray is covered with a cloth and leave for 4 hours to peeling sheet. Mix the cream with the milk, eggs and half the sugar and beating well. Crush the feta cheese and sprinkle it on folded sheets, trying to fall between the folds. Watering-stirred mixture evenly over the phyllo. Watering top with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 165 C. Serve hot with fresh honey or yogurt. * Set collected from boiled milk every morning. Of course milk from their own cows.
