Ingredients
1,5 kg sauerkraut
500 g pork
2 cup (400 g) bulgur
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper

Method
The bulgur stew in fat and mix with paprika, then add to the diced pork. Mixture and add salt to taste her shrink dolmas in cabbage leaves. Place in a saucepan, pour a little water and cabbage juice and cook on low heat until the fat remain.
