Eastern chicken stew

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 tsp curry
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
1 carrot
10 shallots
3 potatoes
2 cloves garlic
bay leaf 1
2 tbsp ketchup
200 g peas
3-4 tbsp coconut or 1 cup coconut milk
Method
Chicken is cleaned and cut into pieces portioned. Dry, fried in sunflower oil until golden and remove. Onions, pour boiling water, after 3 minutes, drain and peel. Chop the onion, carrot - on wheels potato - cubes and garlic Grind. Onions and garlic fry for a minute in sunflower oil and butter. Sprinkle with curry and add other vegetables. Fry, stirring continuously for several minutes. Chicken is added to the vegetables and pour the coconut milk, add ketchup, salt and bay leaf. Serve stew 20 minutes. Place a pea and stew for another 10-15 minutes. Coconut milk is prepared by coconut pour 1 cup hot water, kept waiting 5 minutes, the water is filtered and used for cooking. Suitable side dish is boiled rice.
