Eggs with red tomatoes in the oven

Ingredients
10 eggs
5-6 tomatoes
salt
pepper
parsley
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Cut the tomatoes into thick slices that are fried in highly preheated oil only one side and arrange in a greased baking dish with butter. On each circle breaks 1 egg, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
