Question to Admin - How to say that my recipes are tested by me before publishing them on your site?

I'm not an administrator, but that the author has tried the recipe is the default. If you have not tried / and a recipe (yours or not), how do you know what happens and if it is good?

As told gkostova04, it is expected that the author has tried the recipe or at least certain of the outcome :)
