Ingredients
1 round kozunak
# For the syrup:
2 tbsp vishnovka
100 g sugar
6 tbsp water
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
50 g flour
150 g sugar
4 yolks
6 tbsp chopped fruit sweet
vanilla

Method
From the kozunak cut cover and interior carving, leaving all sides 2 cm thick. The interior is sprayed lightly cooked syrup. To prepare the cream flour suspended in a little cold milk was added to the remaining milk mixed with sugar and vanilla, and stirred the fire until it thickens. Removed from heat, add the egg yolks and fruit and allowed to cool. Cold cream is poured into carved kozunak, Cover the top with the cut and cover decorated with fruit jam. Remove cake can be wrapped with pieces or crumbs taken from the inside of the kozunak.
