5 kg peppers
1 kg tomato paste
1 tsp pepper
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar

Method
Cleaned of seeds, roasted and peeled peppers are ground, mixed with tomato paste, add salt and sugar, black pepper. The oil is heated (not boil), and two to three times less pours into the mixture while stirring. Chutney is packed into jars, which are sealed and sterilized for 10 minutes.
