Fast pita type Focaccia with type flour

400 g flour type
100 g white flour
180 ml water
1 tsp mustard with spices
2 tsp olive paste
8 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil flavored - with black truffle, herbs
20 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp vegeta
2 tsp thyme, oregano white
1 tsp coarse salt - sea, Himalayan

In warm water, add 1 tsp sugar and crushed yeast. In a large bowl mix with both hands flour, yeast, 6 tbsp olive oil, vegetata, mustard, olive paste, spices. Kneading only insofar as they form a dough, for no more than 2-3 minutes. If necessary, add water until a soft dough. Spread the dough into a round pan with a diameter of 30 cm, pre-greased with olive oil 2 tbsp. top make holes, sprinkle with remaining olive oil, flavored olive oil and coarse salt. Put in the oven at 50-70 C to rise for 10-15 minutes. Increase oven temperature to maximum and bake for about 20-30 minutes, and after the 10th minute to reduce heat 180C. * On my total time to prepare me out no more than 45 minutes - five minutes to prepare, rising to 15 and 25 minutes for baking. * The yeast, which I used was nice and did not even let her sit up and directly after stirring pour it on the flour.
