Festive bread

Ingredients
1 - 1.1 kg flour
15 g salt
15 g sugar
2 eggs
10 g of dry yeast
80 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
50 g margarine
300 ml milk
300 ml water
400 g cheese
Method
Mess yeast with salt, sugar, some milk and a little flour slurry and let it rise. Flour is poured into the container where it will interfere, do well, and pour in the remaining milk and water, whole egg white and the second egg yolk separated as spreads on top. Pour already effervescent yeast and sunflower oil (40 ml) and kneaded the dough. Once you stay involved to rise.
