1 - 1.1 kg flour
15 g salt
15 g sugar
2 eggs
10 g of dry yeast
80 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
50 g margarine
300 ml milk
300 ml water
400 g cheese
Mess yeast with salt, sugar, some milk and a little flour slurry and let it rise.
