Festive pastry dough Ilana

1 cube of yeast
4 cup flour
7 tbsp sugar
1 egg
5 yolks
1/2 cup melted butter
6 tbsp raisins
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp grated orange and lemon peel
25 ml cognac
2 tbsp milk
Mix half of the flour with the yeast, previously dissolved in milk. Involved elastic dough and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Make a well with 4 tbsp flour and dough naronva inside. Add 1/2 cup water and knead. Leave for 30 minutes to rise. Egg mixed with sugar and egg yolks. The mixture was stirred and boiled in a water bath while stirring well. Cool.
