Fine chocolate ice cream

Ingredients
3 yolks
60 g sugar
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp cognac
2 tsp cocoa
125 g cream
60 g chocolate
Method
Yolks, sugar and milk are broken down into a water bath to thickening. Stir until cool. Add cognac, cocoa cream and finally broken chocolate. Allow to freeze in the refrigerator.
