Fish soup Salmon

Ingredients
1 head of salmon
1 onion
1-2 carrots
1 green and red pepper
1-2 potatoes
50 g rice
3-4 tbsp canned tomatoes
1/2 head celery
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
lovage, salt
sunflower oil

Method
The head of the fish is boiled in 2 liters of water with salt. Are white eyes of the fish it's cooked, remove and boned. Onions, carrots, peppers, potatoes, and celery finely chopped, and together with sunflower oil discharged into the strained fish broth. Once the vegetables are cooked add the rice and tomatoes. Boil for 15 minutes before adding the fish. Make a soup thickener of yogurt and egg yolks, finally add the chopped lovage.
