4 eggs

220 ml milk
80 ml sunflower oil
10 g ammonia soda
10 g baking powder
260 g sifted flour
# Other:
1 ready pudding or cream + other necessary preparation products
1 gelatin in 200 ml water
300-400 g of fruit of your choice

All products for the base beat with mixer starting with the eggs and sugar Add milk alternately, the oil, baking soda and flour mixed with baking powder. Stir until a uniform mixture, which was poured into the greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated 200 C oven until ready on the base. Allow to cool and turns in the appropriate tray. Prepare the cream according to instructions on the package way and pour hot on the base. After cooling, it is arranged on the sliced ​​fruit, and each slice was immersed in a solution of the gelatin-water bath so as not to discolor.
