Fried skinless sausageki

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt + 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
10 g yeast dissolved in 1 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
Flour
2 skinless sausages
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Sift the flour. Flour is added to all products without the skinless sausages and kneaded medium soft dough. Roll out the dough and cut into squares. The skinless sausages were cut into strips. In each square of dough turns strip of skinless sausage and fry in hot sunflower oil. Serve while hot with a glass of kefir.
